Newport Folk Festival in Rhode Island has been making music history for over 65 years—but by all accounts, the 2025 edition was one for the ages. FLOOD photographer Merissa Blitz was there throughout the event, capturing incredible live moments from the likes of Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Public Enemy, Remi Wolf, and Jack Antonoff’s star-studded Ally Coalition Talent Show jam, while also finding time to connect with a wide array of the festival’s stars for backstage portraits.
