HEALTH are back with their first new music since their 2023 LP RAT WARS. The new album, Conflict DLC, is set to be released on December 11 via Loma Vista Recordings. Lead single “Ordinary Loss” features some signature downer lyrics from the band, kicking off with: “Into dirt / Into dust / It’s an ordinary loss / Everyone / That you love / They’re here and then they’re gone / And I’m the same.” I won’t ruin what comes next because it’s amazing.
The band shared a statement via Bandcamp that reads: “No, it's not just your imagination. The future is shit and the phone you are reading this on is making it worse, but please don’t put it down. We are delighted to announce 12 new tracks of anger, fear, sadness and death, and to beg for yet more of your addled attention.”
