Summer may be officially over, but major music festivals still dominated the landscape this past weekend, with the punk-focused Riot Fest taking over Chicago, the electronic-dance-centric Portola Music Festival going down in San Francisco, and the eclectic three-day Shaky Knees once again being held in Piedmont Park in Atlanta. The diverse lineup was led by My Chemical Romance, blink-182, and Deftones, but beyond that you could find something for everyone—from Lenny Kravitiz to The Marías to Public Enemy.
