Danny Brown is officially in his hyperpop era. The rap star teamed up with underscores for a new single “Copycats,” set to be featured on his latest LP Stardust. Following the release of the equally futuristic lead single “Starburst” last month, the track is a cascade of pop and electro signifiers all mashed together into a blender. We finally get the answer to an eternally important question: What if Danny Brown was the third member of 100 gecs?
