Anna von Hausswolff has shared a new single called “Aging Young Women,” which is a collaboration with Ethel Cain. The song will be featured on von Hausswolff’s new album Iconoclasts, which will arrive this Friday via YEAR0001. The track begins with a textural saxophone melody, a rhythm that sounds like a heartbeat, and an infectious melody from von Hausswolff before unfolding as a goth-pop anthem during its latter half.

“‘Aging Young Women’ is about when the passing of time becomes a negative notion due to unfulfilled dreams and a feeling that a tainted situation is impossible to change to the contrary,” von Hausswolff shared.
