London post-punks Savages seemingly came out of nowhere in 2013 to dominate the conversation about the role of music and media in our lives, the responsibilities of the audience to the artist, and the way we consider and sexualize female musicians. Also? They made a great record in Silence Yourself, a manifesto that you could dance to.

After debuting new songs during a New York residency earlier this year, the quartet have now announced a new record to be released in early 2016. There’s no release date—and no title, for that matter—but there is a glossy 90-second trailer that captures the group’s dynamic, both on stage and off. The video is accompanied by Henry Rollins reading from Phyllis Rose’s Jazz Cleopatra: Josephine Baker in Her Time, Rose’s biography of the American expat dancer who entertained the masses between the wars in Paris. See the video for yourself below.
