Bleachers, the project led by Jack Antonoff, have announced that their new LP, Everyone for Ten Minutes, will arrive on May 22 via Dirty Hit. The project’s first single, “You and Forever,” is a scrappy pop cut built around buzzing guitars and drums that rise and fall with the song’s dynamics. Antonoff does a Matt Berninger impression, tapping into his brooding and literary bag for the track.
The single’s music video was directed by Alex Lockett and co-stars very famous actress (and Antonoff’s wife) Margaret Qualley. The video features Qualley dancing in her apartment while Antonoff wanders the streets speaking to himself, seemingly in a state of turmoil. His head is shaved and he takes one helluva punch.
