SASAMI has shared details about Blood on The Silver Screen: Director’s Cut, an expanded version of her 2025 album. The FLOOD cover star has released two new remixes alongside the news: Australian songwriter Angie McMahon’s version of “Honeycrash” and a Patti Harrison remix of “I’ll Be Gone.” Last year SASAMI shared Soccer Mommy’s take on “Just Be Friends,” which is also included on Director’s Cut.

Regarding the updated LP, SASAMI explained: “Celebrating one year of Blood on the Silver Screen, I feel like I’m reaching the end of a three-album long cycle in my life, where I’ve stretched my brain and spirit into a lot of different realms of music making. Obviously B.O.S.S. is my sojourn into the linguistic world of pop, but I also stopped along with metal and folk and many other manners of music making along the way. This year I feel myself being pulled home to classical music, where it all started for me.”

The expanded release will arrive on March 27 via Domino. Check out the two new remixes below, and pre-order Blood on the Silver Screen: Director’s Cut here.
