Vince Staples has dropped “Cotton,” which is set to be featured on his new LP Cry Baby, dropping this Friday. Staples has continued to roll out unorthodox promotional methods for the LP, recently confirming that he’ll be live streaming the album release show at the El Rey Theatre on Thursday. This past weekend, he made an appearance at Undefeated La Brea to give away tickets to the show. The week prior, the titular white flag from his “White Flag” single’s music video flew outside iconic downtown DIY punk club The Smell, where Vince and his band rehearsed songs from the new album, inviting fans to watch the practice session.
