Interpol have announced that their eighth LP, This Mirror Weighs a Ton, is set to arrive on August 28 via new label home Partisan Records. The album was produced by Andrew Wyatt and mixed by David Fridmann at Wyatt’s Lower East Side studio, marking the band’s first time making a record in NYC in over a decade. Additionally, the cover features a work by Addie Wagenknecht currently held in the Whitney Museum of American Art’s permanent collection.
The band have also shared the album’s first two singles, the title track and “See Out Loud.” Check those out—along with the album cover—below, and pre-order This Mirror Weighs a Ton here.
