Last year, indie-folk songwriter Gigi Perez released her debut album after five years worth of singles garnered the attention of an ever-growing fanbase—which included Island Records, who released At the Beach, in Every Life in April of 2025. With such a broad audience to appease, it’s only natural that she’s still touring the LP over a year later, with her most recent set of North American dates featuring a blend of headlining gigs and stadium shows opening for Noah Kahan.

Last week, that included a pair of sets at Citi Field in Queens, with the shows becoming something of a family affair: she was joined onstage by her sister, who was born in the borough, and she caught up with both of her parents before and after the show. As Perez explains, her mom even reconnected with a childhood friend at the gig, who shared some photos from their youth.

As Perez continues touring the East Coast, she’s shared a tour diary with us from one of her shows in NYC. Check out her photos and captions below, and find the rest of her upcoming tour dates here.
