Jay Watson is no stranger to playing double duty. The longtime Tame Impala touring member and collaborator is currently on the road for Kevin Parker’s expansive Deadbeat tour while also squeezing in a series of headlining dates for his long-running psych-rock outfit Pond along the way. Last week we shared highlights from Tame Impala and Djo’s stop at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, and the following night photographer Kimberley Ross caught Pond’s headlining set at Brooklyn Bowl, with local act The Sewing Club opening the show. Pond also recently joined Djo as a support act on a string of dates, making for a particularly interconnected stretch of the tour.

Check out scenes from Pond’s electric performance—along with highlights from The Sewing Club’s opening set—below, and find coverage from Tame Impala’s Nashville stop here.
