DJ Shadow’s seminal sample-heavy rap classic Endtroducing..... is turning 30 this year, and to celebrate the milestone, Shadow has announced a reissue and tour. The new edition will arrive on September 18 via Mo’Wax/[PIAS] Recordings, and follows last month’s 10-year re-release of his 2016 LP The Mountain Will Fall.
The legendary producer has also announced a tour in support of the anniversary, which will begin on September 24 in San Diego. The next night, DJ Shadow will perform at The Novo in Los Angeles before hitting Chicago, New York, Denver, Atlanta, Vancouver, and more. The North American gigs will conclude on November 1 in Fort Worth, though the beatmaker will perform again in London on December 8.
