Fontaines D.C. are back. After nearly a year off the road, the Irish rockers closed out the 34th edition of La Route du Rock this past weekend at Fort de Saint-Père in France, marking their first major festival headline set of 2026. Playing against the dramatic backdrop of the northern French coast, their career-spanning 19-song set showcased many of their biggest tunes (“Jackie Down the Line,” “I Love You,” “Favourite”), two brand new songs from their just-teased Dopamine Chamber album (“Marianne" and “Six Shot Morning"), and they brought out special guest Kurt Vile for “Roman Holiday.”
