Austin’s annual psych-rock—and far beyond—festival Levitation returned this past weekend for four days of events, with international stars (Arlo Parks, Molchat Doma, Melt-Banana), homegrown talent (Die Spitz, Gibby Haynes), and anonymous phenomena (Angine de Poitrine) taking over the Mohawk, Stubb’s, Far Out Lounge, and other venues across the city.
