The Silverlake Conservatory of Music hosts an annual private benefit evening that aims to raise the $1.5 million needed to sustain its music programming for the year. This year, founders Flea and Keith “Tree” Barry are opening the event to the public in celebration of its 25th anniversary with a benefit concert featuring quite the list of headliners: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dave Grohl, and Vince Staples are set to perform during the October 17 fundraiser, with more artists to be announced soon. Marc Maron is also on tap to emcee the event.
