The Durutti Column—Vini Reilly, Bruce Mitchell, and Keir Stewart—have recruited Four Tet for a remix of “Your Shadow at Morning.” The track was originally featured on the July-released LP Renascent, the band’s first album in 16 years.
Regarding the remix, Four Tet’s Keiran Hebden said: “It’s only in the last couple of years that I learnt about the Durutti Column and explored their wonderful catalogue. It’s had a big impact on me so I was thrilled when a new album was announced and then when I was asked to do a remix it felt like the universe was confirming I was connected to this music.”
