When it comes to the release of Terrence Malick films, you probably shouldn’t believe it until you’re sitting in your seat at the theater, but for now, the Badlands director’s latest project Knight of Cups is actually on its way out, and is slated to hit art houses this upcoming March.

The film, which stars Christian Bale as a screenwriter going through an existential crisis, was initially teased with a trailer this past December, after which it premiered at the Berlin Film Festival in February to a mixed bag of acclaim and derision. When the film finally comes out on this upcoming March 4, it will be the first of Malick’s three long in-development current projects—which includes an Ennio Morricone–scored documentary—to see release.

Below, you can watch a cleaned-up version of the original trailer, re-released today, which offers glimpses at the insane cast, including Cate Blanchett, Natalie Portman, Antonio Banderas, Jason Clarke, and Brian Dennehy.

Knight of Cups is out March 4.
