Last Week Tonight with John Oliver was one of our favorite shows of 2015, and luckily for us, it turns out that we won’t have to wait very long into 2016 to get more of it. Ready to double as your Valentine if needed, season three will premiere on February 14.

While you patiently wait for that date to arrive, the good people at HBO don’t want you to get antsy, so they’ve released another strategically timed online-only video—this one concerning the nature of keeping (or adjusting) your New Year’s resolutions. Crock-Pot jacuzzi, anyone?
