Though the idea of Ben Affleck as The Dark Knight will still take a little getting used to, it’s hard not to get excited over the upcoming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Any time you pit two heroes with different philosophies of justice against one another, things are bound to get interesting, and that’s exactly what’s going on in the extended look at the new film that aired last night on The CW’s DC Films Presents: The Dawn of the Justice League.
The special, which presented a broad overview of DC’s attempt to recreate the success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with their own properties, gave us a bit more of the circumstances surrounding the face-off between two of the world’s most popular superheroes.
