Never ones to follow, English alt-rock legends The London Suede (or simply Suede if you’re across the pond) aren’t just preparing to release their highly anticipated seventh album Night Thoughts, they’re also gearing up to release a full-length film of the same name. This morning, the group gave us a taste of both within their dark music video for “No Tomorrow.”
The video, directed by photographer Roger Sargent, follows an older man as he tries to get his life in order before committing suicide. He visits the corner shop, gives a load of money to charity, organizes his belongings, and takes a lethal amount of pills. Thankfully, a young woman finds him before he dies and calls a young man to come help. You might recognize the hoodie-sporting man from Suede’s previously released trailer for Night Thoughts.
Night Thoughts is due out on February 5 via Warner.
