In a sense, the idea of trying to control wildlife is something of an illusion—kind of like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, but with raccoons. Perhaps by no coincidence, the band Wildlife Control are tackling that subject head-on with their new song, “Illusion,” which is from the forthcoming album Particles (and let’s not even get started with the illusion of molecular matter…).

Wildlife Control is made up of the Shah brothers, who use the vehicle for exploring not just music, but also visual art and tech. Example: Particles, which is more than just an album—it’s a short film as well. The whole package is ready for release on April 8, but ahead of that, we have their aforementioned new single—“Illusion”—to premiere. You can listen to that song below.
