East Nashville outfit *repeat repeat have a lot of good things going for them, not the least of which being a friendship with The Black Keys’ Patrick Carney, who produced their latest LP, Glazed.
“Patrick was deeply involved in every aspect of the album, and it sparked this whole new level of creativity in all of us,” explained Jared Corder—who, along with his wife Kristyn Corder comprise *repeat repeat—in a press statement. “He was adamant about pushing us and working on something until we got it exactly right. It was really challenging at times, but I think it taught us how to make the best song that we can possibly make.”

“‘Pressure’ faces the squeeze of day-to-day expectations and the constructs of society from a hopeful place,” Jared explains. “Everything feels rushed. Everything needed to happen yesterday.
