Neil Young is unearthing a vintage live recording for his latest archival release, Tuscaloosa.

Young was captured performing with band Stray Gators at the University of Alabama on February 5, 1973 for the upcoming release, scheduled to drop June 7.

“It’s really trippy to be down in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and singing those songs from Harvest and the songs that we were doing for Time Fades Away before it came out,” Young recalled to Rolling Stone of the recording. “I found this thing and it had such a great attitude to it. I just loved the whole night, so I put that together with [engineer] John Hanlon.”

The vinyl version of Tuscaloosa will be available as a double album over three sides with etched artwork on side four. There is also a limited edition bundle featuring a lithograph. Find pre-release information here.
