In anticipation of the final installment (God willing) of The Hobbit, Martin Freeman hosted Saturday Night Live over the weekend, helpfully taking the occasion to contextualize himself as “the funny George Clooney” for those unfamiliar. Prior to that landmark comparison, however, Freeman was perhaps most well known as Tim Canterbury from the original BBC version of The Office—a role which he reprised in style on Saturday for “The Office: Middle Earth.”

Featuring some wonderfully terrible costumes and impressions, the SNL gang tackled the J.R.R. Tolkien world by transporting the characters to the truly magical world of nine-to-five office life. Summed up in the words of Bilbo (or is it Dildo?) Baggins: “I drive a Jetta.”

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies is in theaters December 17.
