The Grammy winner is curating the September R&B music celebration.

Grammy-winning singer H.E.R. is bringing a trunk of funk to her native Bay Area. She’s set to curate the inaugural Lights On Festival with the likes of Jhené Aiko, Daniel Caesar, and Ari Lennox on the bill. The show is set for September 14 at the Concord Pavilion in Concord, California.

“Concord Pavilion is the ultimate venue. It is the perfect place to bring people from all over the Bay,” H.E.R. raved in a press statement. “I have many memories watching shows and DREAMING I’d be able to perform there. The Bay Area is my home…it’s a dream come true to host my festival there.”

Summer Walker, Kiana Ledé, DaniLeigh, Melii, Lucky Daye, Marc E. Bassy, LONR, Tone Stith, bLAck pARty, and Rayana Jay are also scheduled to perform, with more artists TBA.

The fest plans on serving up more than just music; in addition to two music stages, a third stage is hosting emerging filmmakers. Fans can also expect the usual array of local vendors, food trucks, and visual artists. The Bay Area will be well represented.
