In the wake of her debut solo album Love Songs, Karen O recently spoke with NME about the future of Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and—sorry to say, super-fans—the immediate future’s not looking too promising.
Describing their current state as being on “a bit of hiatus,” O went on to explain that the band plans to wait until they “get the urge” to attempt a follow-up to 2013’s Mosquito. Once that happens, though, she’s confident that everything will come back “like muscle memory.”
Oh yeah? Well, like, prove it, Karen.
