As far as Sweden is concerned, A$AP Rocky is guilty. Today, the Harlem rapper has responded to the verdict handed down by the Swedish government convicting him of assault.

“I am of course disappointed by today’s verdict,” Rocky relayed via Instagram. “I want to say thanks again to all of my fans, friends, and everyone who showed me love during this difficult time. Imma keep moving forward. Thank you to my team, my management, attorneys, label and everyone who advocated for justice.”

In their ruling, the Stockholm District Court said in a statement that Rocky and two associates would receive only “conditional sentences,” and will not have to serve any additional time, according to CBS News. The group will, however, have to reimburse the Swedish government for court costs.

“The court finds that the defendants were not in a situation where they were entitled to self-defense and that they have assaulted the victim by hitting and kicking him,” reads a statement from the court regarding the guilty verdict.

In other news, fellow rapper Juicy J is certainly happy, teasing an upcoming collab with Rocky on Twitter called “2 Piece.”
