German electronic pop duo Milky Chancechildhood friends Phillipp Dausch and Clemens Rehbein—have a new video for “Daydreaming,” the first single off their new album Mind the Moon, expected in November. Produced by Tobias Kuhn, the pair’s third record traces their long musical history together, combining their disparate tastes from hip-hop to dancehall to pop-gospel (there’s a Ladysmith Black Mambazo collab).

“Daydreaming” was recorded with Aussie guitarist Tash Sultana, and it’s a mix of dream-pop attitudes and reggae beats. Of the tune, singer Clemens Rehbein shared, “It’s not just a daydream, it’s more like a vision of how things could be, and where you could go. It’s about those mechanisms that start working when you don’t know how to deal with reality.”

In the corresponding visual, the boys sit alone in a field, digging through buried treasure but finding nothing worthwhile—until Tash Sultana appears like a genie in the sky, and leads them flying over the landscape seeking peace of mind.

Mind the Moon is out November 15 via BMG. Pre-order it here and watch the “Daydreaming” video below.
