A$AP Mob’s J. Scott Has Passed Away

According to reports, the Atlanta-born DJ died over the weekend.

Although a cause of death has yet to be revealed, tributes to DJ and music manager J. Scott began hitting social media this past weekend, courtesy of friends, collaborators, and hip-hop fans. A$AP Mob’s Twitter confirmed the sad news.

Also known as A$AP Snacks, Scott was part of the New York collective A$AP Mob along with the likes of A$AP Rocky, with whom he regularly preformed. He was also one half of the DJ duo Cozy Boys with A$AP Lou. Scott additionally managed artists—Kilo Kish among them—as an A&R for A$AP Worldwide.

Artists who paid their respects to Scott included A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, and Vince Staples. See a few of those below.
