Ed O’Brien’s got a brand new bag. The Radiohead guitarist has released “Shangri-La,” the third track from his forthcoming solo album under the moniker EOB, Earth. The slow-burning song is loaded with some of the same structural details O’Brien brings to Radiohead productions, which should make it an easy listen for fans of the band.

“Shangri-La” follows the previously released “Brasil”(featuring Radiohead’s Colin Greenwood) and “Santa Teresa” from Earth, which is set for release on April 17 via Capitol. Among the other guests on the mostly Flood-produced album are Laura Marling, bassist Nathan East, Portishead’s Adrian Utley, and Glenn Kotche from Wilco.

O’Brien will support the release with a handful of EOB tour dates, including an appearance at this year’s Bonnaroo festival. See the itinerary below.
