Back in March, Dirty Projectors returned with a brand new EP (preceded by a stellar Plastic Ono Band cover), which we’re learning today was the first of five planned releases for 2020. With Windows Open representing a new chapter for the band—now comprised of Dave Longstreth, Maia Freedman, Felicia Douglass, and Kirstin Slipp—with Freedman taking over lead vocal duties.

Flight Tower is another shift—with Douglass singing lead on the first single, “Lose Your Love,” the band has shared that they’ll be swapping out lead vocalists before trading verses on the final EP. You can find the video for “Lose Your Love” below, blending a familiarly DP collage of bizarre vocal harmonies with Longstreth’s signature glitchy production and ecstatic piano.

Domino is offering up individual 12-inches for each EP on their store now, or you can splurge on a limited edition box set compiling all five EPs—pre-orders available here.
