LA’s Tam Visher is not messing around. His history in music includes choir, musical theatre, jazz band, and playing keys on tour with Dawes, POP ETC (f.k.a. The Morning Benders), and Van William. In fact, members of Dawes are actually featured on his forthcoming debut album 30 Years in the Making—and we’re premiering the single, “It Falls” today.

“The album is a mix of new and old songs about being in love and remembering love and heartbreak. ‘It Falls’ captures the funky grooves in between those spaces,” Visher says. “I was lucky to be deeply in love with someone and unlucky to be deeply out of touch with reality.”

“It Falls” is out on Chewing Inc., a new label launched by Local Natives’ Nik Ewing that’s devoted to releasing digital singles by new artists. Listen to it below.
