Missing live music? Head on down to Houston, Texas. Just last night, Chicago rapper Lil Durk packed the Houston club Spire. With videos from the packed event spreading across social media, plenty of Durk fans lamented the fact that they missed the event. Others were rightly more concerned about the potential spread of COVID-19 as a result of the show, where masks were conspicuously absent.
A look at the Spire calendar shows no other future events, so it appears that the Lil Durk show was a one-off event. Durk’s next scheduled show is the Rolling Loud festival in Miami, rescheduled for the weekend of February 12-14, 2021.
