Speedy Ortiz announced their new album Foil Deer yesterday with a short comic made by Michael DeForge that’s set one thousand years in the future.
Since the release of their debut album Major Arcana in 2013, Speedy Ortiz have been in good company, touring with the likes of The Breeders, Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks and Thurston Moore. We’ll see what they learned from the legends when Foil Deer is released on April 21.
