The latest single from rising rapper Yung Baby Tate has her searching for a new beau post-breakup. On “Eenie Meenie,” the Georgia rapper doesn’t seem heartbroken, but eager to have some fun with all the options at her fingertips. The new track continues her formidable stride, following last year’s hit “I Am” with Flo Milli and her recent feature on Tkay Maidza’s immediately iconic track “Kim.”

Production duo Take a Daytrip open the track with eerie bell drops and a bouncing bass perfect for Tate’s flirtatious flow; her silky vocals are also a glittering highlight in the track’s background. In under three minutes, Tate makes sure that she’s having safe sex and not wasting any of her time with men who don’t know how to please her. She’s picky, but she loves a wide variety—an important distinction. “You know I don’t discriminate / Because I need all figures,” she raps. She playfully leaves us with a the-more-the-merrier philosophy: “I want this one, I want that one / I want a skinny one, I want a fat one / I want a tall one, I want a short one / I want all of ’em / Cause it’s more fun.”

“Eenie Meenie,” is soon to be added to all the post-breakup/rebound playlists. Especially with vaccines being divvied out, a safer world hopefully on the horizon with the weather getting warmer, the latest from Yung Baby Tate is the forerunner for summer 2021 bops. Listen below.
