Following last week’s comical announcement of their upcoming new album Foil Deer, Speedy Ortiz have released a boisterous new single called “Raising The Skate,” which premiered today over at The Fader. It’s a sneering, gauntlet-throwing track with a slumped over ’90s posture—a would-be slacker anthem if it weren’t so in-charge.
The Massachusetts group have also announced a string of live dates that take them well into the summer.
