Earlier this summer, Little Rock, Arkansas rapper-producer Kari Faux and Mykki Blanco dropped the summer anthem “Summer Fling,” and now she’s returned with more music of her own. Today she’s announcing her imprint Lowkey Superstar Records, in collaboration with Don Giovanni, will release a deluxe version of last year’s Lowkey Superstar. There’s going to be remixes from J.I.D., Jazz Cartier, and Yung Baby Tate, along with four new tracks including one with a feature from Smino.
Today, she shared the funky and dynamic single “Too Much, Too Fast” with Atlanta rapper Deante’ Hitchcock. The track is “about a new relationship that could have potential, but each person’s wants are different: one wants to get close quickly, but the other really just wants sex,” Faux said in a statement.
Listen to the track below and pre-order Lowkey Superstar Deluxe, which is out September 24, here.
