Between the recent Charlatans retrospective box set A Head Full of Ideas, the publication of two books this year, and the online sensation that is Tim’s Twitter Listening Party that inspired one of those books, Tim Burgess has kept busy recently. We recently chatted with him about all of these projects and more, but he’ll be joining us again this Sunday as he helps us debut the inaugural episode of “FLOOD FM Hacked,” a new series where artists take over the airwaves on FLOOD FM with hand-picked tunes and revealing stories.
Kicking off at 7 a.m. PST and re-airing throughout the day, Burgess will be taking over FLOOD FM’s “Flashback Sunday” and jamming some of his favorite hits from the early-’90s while looking back on the early Madchester days of the U.K. indie music scene and beyond.
