Our summers just keep getting busier and busier—Goldenvoice has just revealed the lineup for their latest major music festival called This Ain’t No Picnic, which will take place at Pasadena’s Brookside at the Rose Bowl on August 27 and 28 of next year. Tickets for the fest go on sale December 10, and a quick glance at the massive lineup will help sway you on whether it’s worth the investment.
In addition to headlining sets from The Strokes and LCD Soundsystem, the fest will feature a reunion performance form Le Tigre and additional sets from Phoebe Bridgers, Earl Sweatshirt, IDLES, Courtney Barnett, Mac DeMarco, Caroline Polachek, Yves Tumor, Descendents, Circle Jerks, Wet Leg, Genesis Owusu, Turnstile, Hana Vu, slowthai, Deafheaven, Dawn Richard, Sparks, Ying Yang Twins, and so many more. We’ll even see a combined DJ set from Four Tet and Floating Points.
