AD FORMATS

– Regardless of format, all images used must be 300dpi CMYK.
– All images should have ICC profiles included.
– Images should be converted to CMYK with the SWOP 3 profile.
– Black type should be K only. Never use the colors ALL or REGISTRATION; type should also never be RGB.

Format (in order of preference):
High Res PDFs (PDF X/4): images not compressed, fonts embedded
JPEG: saved at highest quality/least compression
InDesign CC: PostScript and OpenType fonts only; fonts and images collected and included

AD DELIVERY

Preferred method: Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc. with email [email protected]

FLOOD cannot guarantee accuracy of ads delivered without printed color proofs.

E-mail: files under 8MB in size can be delivered via email to your FLOOD ad sales rep

If ads submitted to FLOOD do not meet our specs, we will do our best to notify clients and agencies of problems and permit them to resubmit corrected files (when time allows). FLOOD reserves the right to resize, crop or make necessary adjustments to ads which do not meet our specs. FLOOD is not responsible in any way for ads submitted with mistakes and will not provide on-hand corrections.
