Next Friday, October 7, French electro-rockers Phoenix will be touching down at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley alongside Cut Copy and Porches ahead of the release of their highly anticipated Alpha Zulu, the group’s first new full-length in five years. Preceded by the album’s urgent, synth-heavy title track and a memorable set at Primavera, the album will arrive November 4 via Glassnote Records.

In the meantime, leading up to that Berkeley show, we had the band’s Thomas Mars and Laurent Brancowitz guest host the latest episode of FLOOD FM’s “Hacked” series, with 60 minutes of stories and handpicked songs from their personal record collections—ranging from Bob Dylan to Kraftwerk to Wire—playing daily at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., and 10 p.m. PDT from October 3 through October 7. Co-presented by Another Planet Entertainment, you can tune in here to hear what they’re spinning.
