Today, Soundwalk Collective with Patti Smith shared a Brian Eno remix of their song "Peradam." The remix comes from the forthcoming remix collection The Perfect Vision: Reworkings that's out this Friday, and which additionally features reworkings from Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Jim Jarmusch, Laraaji, Lotic, and Lucrecia Dalt.

Over the course of three years, Soundwalk Collective and Patti Smith have created three albums inspired by the three French poets Antonin Artaud, Arthur Rimbaud, and René Daumal. As part of this project, it was integral for the collaborators to travel to different parts of the world in order to draw a new perspective for their art. The Peyote Dance was recorded in Mexico's Sierra Tarahumara; Mummer Love was made in Ethiopia's Abyssinian Rift Valley; Peradem was recorded at the Himalayan Summit of India. Now, the project is expanding its perspective further by enlisting a new cast of revered artists to reinterpret their vision through new eyes.
