Frankly, it’s pretty hard to believe that after five seasons of The Eric Andre Show (not including the extended-bit 2021 film Bad Trip), the show’s titular host isn’t dead, in jail, or, at the very least, off the air. Quite the contrary—since the series debuted over a decade ago, its newly announced sixth season will be the first to be broadcast in over 100 countries and translated into 19 languages. I guess Andre tapped into something universal when he built a talk show around torturing celebrity guests, swatting rappers, and severely stressing out the citizens of Los Angeles.

With the new season announced today, it was also revealed that his latest slate of on-air victims will include Natasha Lyonne, Jaleel White, Blac Chyna, Jon Hamm, Raven-Symoné, Diplo, Rico Nasty, Waka Flocka Flame, Tinashe, Cypress Hill, and Lil Yachty. “Invoking the tantric swag of sex god Eros, season six is guaranteed to be the most high-octane, stone cold, no holds barred, mind-blowing, emotionally mature late night show in the history of mankind,” reads the press release, also noting that the new season clocked a record 30 911 calls while shooting. “Eric is back behind the desk like never before; ripped, shredded, full of energy, complete with beads of sweat dripping down from his taut nips onto his glistening six pack abs.” There you have it.

The new season kicks off June 4 on the only network patient enough to put up with all this: Adult Swim.
