Brooklyn-based duo Momma made a splash last summer with their debut record for Polyvinyl, the ambitiously titled Household Name. Since then, they’ve mostly kept busy by touring those songs across the country and beyond—until a new single arrived from the duo of Etta Friedman and Allegra Weingarten last month, with “Bang Bang” pairing with the news of more tour dates, this time in supporting slots for Weezer, Modest Mouse, Death Cab for Cutie, and Alex G.
With the first weekend of their Coachella debut behind them, the duo swung by FLOOD FM to record a new episode of “Hacked,” spinning songs by Fleetwood Mac, Yo La Tengo, Talking Heads, and more.
