New York's annual Governors Ball kicked off their first year at their new home at Flushing Meadows Corona Park this past weekend, with the three-day festival headlined by Kendrick Lamar, Lizzo, and ODESZA. Despite the threat of cancellation amidst New York's air quality crisis over the past couple weeks, the weather cleared up just in time for the event to proceed without a hitch, with the shady park settings offering a more pleasant backdrop than previous years at Citi Field.
