After debuting a collaborative version of “The Glass” on Saturday Night Live in October, Foo Fighters and H.E.R. have announced a digital double A-side of the single. The release features a reinterpretation of “The Glass” by H.E.R. alongside the original version from Foo Fighters’ But Here We Are, which was released earlier this year as a dedication to the Foos’ beloved departed bandmate Taylor Hawkins as well as Dave Grohl’s mother, Virginia, who died in August of 2022.
The double A-side single will arrive this Friday, November 17. Additionally, a limited edition 7-inch vinyl single will hit independent record stores on December 29. Check out the Saturday Night Live performance below, and pre-order the physical version of “The Glass” here.
