It’s been two years since Majical Cloudz released Impersonator. Now, the Canadian duo have announced its followup—Are You Alone? Singer Devon Welsh announced the album’s release on Twitter yesterday morning.
As Stereogum reports (via Pitchfork), the album features drums, viola, and piano from Owen Pallett, but still hews closely to the band’s stark, austere sound.
Are You Alone? is out this fall on Matador.
