Mysterious bedroom-pop artist urika’s bedroom has announced that his debut album, Big Smile, Black Mire, is set to arrive on November 1 via True Panther. Before then, he’s sharing a new single called “Circle Games,” which is a mesmerizing collage of acoustic guitar strums, weeping strings, and a shuffling drum groove. Things never really cohere, and ub relishes in the abstract pieces that almost fit together.
