Literally one hour ago we shared some widely circulated and seemingly very-much-confirmed rumors that Coachella 2025 would feature Green Day, Travis Scott, Lady Gaga, and Post Malone as headliners, and for some reason we’re learning at 2:30 p.m. PST on a random Wednesday in November that this is confirmed via the whole-ass festival lineup for next year’s iteration of the event. Coachella sent out a press email featuring little more than the 2025 lineup poster, and barring unforeseen circumstances (which this fest in particular seems to invite yearly), it’s looking like this oddly unremarkable selection of artists will, in fact, grace the desert stages next year.
Despite the fact that they aren’t importing Oasis or trying to make Frank Ocean play both weekends again, we do get some exciting names beneath the headliners, including Charli XCX, Megan Thee Stallion, Missy Elliott, The Misfits (how much did they pay to get their logo on the poster like that?), The Marías, FKA twigs, Clairo, The Prodigy, Kraftwerk, beabadoobee, Beth Gibbons, and plenty more (including the LA Phil, Yo Gabba Gabba!, and Mark Zuckerberg collaborator T-Pain). Also, the “special guest spot” we previously alluded to for Travis Scott is something called “Travis Scott Designs the Desert.” So, uh, there you go!
Pre-sale for the fest begins this Friday, November 22, at 11 a.m. PST (attendees from the past two years get early access, beginning November 21 at 11 a.m. PST). Coachella also confirms that both weekends will once again be livestreamed on YouTube. Check out the official lineup post below.
